MAGAbit is a digital service platform that provides access to cloud infrastructure, educational resources, and performance-based bonus structures. Our products are non-physical, access-based, and delivered instantly upon successful payment. The following outlines our refund and billing policies, designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and compliance with industry-standard payment practices.
1. No Investment Products or Guarantees
MAGAbit does not offer financial products, investment opportunities, or profit guarantees. Earnings are based on participation and performance within our rewards system and are not guaranteed.
2. Enrollment Fee
Fee: $399 (one-time)
Refund Policy: Non-refundable once access to the platform is granted.
Delivery: Digital access is provided immediately upon payment.
3. Monthly Membership Fee
Fee: $47/month
Refund Policy: Non-refundable after billing cycle begins.
Cancellation: Members may cancel future billing at any time through their dashboard. No long-term contracts.
4. Patriot Product
Fee: $1,000 (optional)
Refund Policy: Non-refundable. Immediate benefits include share allocation in monthly bonus pool.
Note: This is not an investment or asset—rewards are based on overall program participation.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe you’ve been billed in error, please contact MAGAbit Support first.
Initiating a chargeback may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.
We strive to resolve all billing issues quickly and fairly.
6. Exception Handling
Refunds may be granted in rare cases involving:
Duplicate transactions
Verified technical errors
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
7. User Acknowledgement
All users must agree to this refund policy at the time of purchase by checking a required box before submitting payment. This serves as legal acknowledgment of our terms and supports compliance with payment processors.
